This is the different sizes and colors of eggs from our laying stock.  It always amazes me the difference in sizes of eggs as the chickens get older.  These eggs are the product of birds that have had free run on grass covered ground all their lives.  In the fall when the weed seed is ripe the yolks are especially orange and rich in beta carotene.   These eggs are available from the farm for $3.00 a dozen and because they are sealed, they have a 4 month shelf life.  They are sealed in food grade mineral oil and all the eggs are processed by hand to make sure any cracks or weak shells are not included.  Contact the farm by phone or email to place your order.
